What to expect when you get in touch
At Aesthetic Minds, we believe in building long-term relationships with our clients. That means delivering quality products at a competitive price, backed by uncompromising support — every single time.
That relationship-building begins from the outset, when you first get in touch. You can expect a prompt and courteous welcome, and asked how we can be of assistance. We will explore your requirements, and provide a range of worthy solutions. When you are ready to move forward, one of our team members will contact your office manager or receptionist and walk them through setting up a seamless platform to support our new relationship. This allows us to establish and maintain strong lines of communication.
Upon receipt of your first case, either of our principals — Jamie Matera, RDT, or Rick Daneluzzi, RDT — will personally follow up with you to ensure a clear understanding of your prescription details and review your preferences with you.
Once the case has been inserted, we will again follow up with you to confirm your experience with Aesthetic Minds and, if needed, refine procedures to better fit your unique needs.
